For some time now, I have been wondering about the passage
in the Book of Revelation about the 10 days of tribulation.
Rev. 2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write;
These things saith the first and the last, which was dead,
and is alive.
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou
art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are
 Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold,
the devil shall cast some of you in prison, that ye may be tried;
and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto
death, and I will give you a crown of life.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto
the churches, He that overcometh, shall not be hurt of the
second death.
Smyrna, is the church that is trying to do the right things in
God's eyes. They are trying not to make concessions just to
bring people in. They are hard working, and have suffered
much. They do not have big mega churches, but are very rich
in the Spiritual things.
Their are many false churches today, and these false churches
are trying to destroy the true churches of Christ.
These false churches are the agents that Satan is using
in the world today. He is working through them to destroy
Christianity.
The ten days, I think, might represent the tribulation period.
It says days, but it might be years. Ten years.
I think the first 5 seals of the book of Revelation has
already been opened, and we are ready for the 6th to be opened.
I think we have already been in the tribulation. Three years of it.
I think that on Rosh Hashanah of 2002. The doors of Heaven
were opened, and the tribulation began.
God began judgment at that time. This is why we have been
having all of the terrible storms. It seems that nature has gone wild.
Also crime has increased. Everyday you hear about some terrible
slaying somewhere in this country.
The war in the Middle East is continuing to escalate.
Their is more and more unrest all over the world.
This part of the tribulation that we are in, is the times of sorrows.
When the 6th seal is opened, I believe all the volcanoes in the
world will begin to erupt.
Rev. 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal,
and lo there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as
sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.( When you look through dirty sooty air, the sun will look dark and the moon will
look red.)
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig
tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty
wind.
( When volcanoes erupt, they throw flaming rocks and debit,
and ash into the air like stars. Mighty wind means lots of force.)
14 And the heavens departed as a scroll when it is rolled together;
and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
Islands being moved.( We saw this, when the tsunami happen in
Indonesia.)
15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich
 men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every
bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in
the rocks of the mountains; ( People will try to find shelter.)
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, fall on us, and hide
us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from
the wrath of the Lamb.
17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be
able to stand?
The Church is suffering great persecution from the world at this
point. Just look at the condition of things, compared to just a few
years ago. Moral landslide they call it.
The earth is reflecting this spiritual warfare in the turmoil
of nature.
When this natural disaster strikes, people will be flocking to the
churches, and a great revival will break out. Jesus will then be
able to bring in the final harvest of his church.
Right now, people are complacent and not ready for the coming
of the Lord. ( This revival is the 7th seal. Silence for half and hour.)
Upon the blowing of the first trumpet, I believe the true church will
be raptured away.
This first trumpet is the beginning of a nuclear war.
A third of the tree burned, the waters become bitter, etc.
The natural disaster happens first to wake people up.
We have had other disasters, but it didn't seem to be enough.
I think that when the trumpet judgments begins, then this is
the beginning of the 7 years of the Great Tribulation.
