"May 5, 2005"

Shalom,  I am writing because the Lord woke me last week as I was preparing my Shabbat message and placed on my heart the counting of the omer.  Why do we count the days?  I am sure you are aware that this year the Hebrew calendar has added the 2nd month of Adar.  However, the scripture ties the Feast of Firstfruits to the barley harvest.  The barley was aviv in March, not April.  We celebrated Passover on March 25.  We celebrated the Feast of Firstfruits on March 26, the day following the Sabbath.  Counting out 40 days of the omer, to the day of Messiah's Ascension is May 5, 2005.  With the confusion about the calendar, and the strong arguments for Pentecost and Rosh Hashanah, The Lord's words that He would come on a day we do not expect, would seem to fit here I think.  Also, the parable of the fig tree.  He tells us when we see the tender leaves of the fig, we know that summer is near.  Know then it is even at the doors.  Again He says, Do you not say there are yet four months and then the harvest?, but I say to you lift up your eyes and look around you, for the fields are white unto harvest.  I have much the Lord has given me over 8 years or so.  I believe there is a strong, compelling argument to support May 5, 2005.  Anything else you may have or are interested in knowing, please let me know.  I believe I understand the mystery of Messiah's Jubilee, a vision He gave me in 1998,7 years ago.  (Joseph - 7 years of plenty, - 7 years of famine)

For Messiah and the Kingdom,
Shamira
