As we conclude this
updated, partial review of our study in Jeremiah's Chapters 50 & 51
from 2003, I want to re-emphasize that my outlook on what is prophesied
to happen remains unchanged in 2005.
Keep in mind that
as of March, 2005, half of the active military personnel in the Iraqi army
are documented former soldiers of Saddam Hussein and 75% of the leadership
have been likewise identified as such. Saddam's forces are not only the
hidden power of the insurgency, but are also a fifth column operating openly
with Iraq's so-called new military.
No matter how many
twists and turns the dramas in Iraq takes as it races towards its inevitable
destiny ordained by God, revelations of the true situation keep surfacing.
