Javier Solana is intent on lifting the arms embargo on China.  His aim of spreading the impact of the "european neighborhood" policy certainly smacks of the similar antics of the antichrist as prophecied in the Bible.
He assumes the posture of a peace maker, but his motive is certainly that of power and influence in regards to the whole world.  His marxist background, and his antichrist mantra should awaken us all.
 
What can prevent the EU from becoming the super power of the world?
 
Soon the French will vote on whether to accept the EU Constitution (which denies God completely..no mention of His name).
The outcome of that vote is key.
Polls have indicated the French people are NOT in favor of the EU Constitution.
