Applied Digital
Solutions ( ADS ) has successfully worked around GPS for locating
and tracking
individuals.
Whenever persons
who have the VeriChip in them --- a contactless rfid chip --
pass by a sensor,
they can be located.
This is not the
same as visual tracking, however by communicating points
of movement sporadically, the System can have an idea of where you are.
And, the System
can also track those without the VeriChip, due to REAL ID.

(
and any other external contactless rfid ...
such
as will be in the "REAL ID" electronic national ID card )
respond
with scanners, readers and sensors placed ubiquitously throughout the "wilderness"
(
anywhere and everywhere, especially portals )
by
a system of "mesh networking" ( Zigbee microcontrollers ... nodes )
TWO
- WAY Communication System .... rapid response:
The
sensors etc. detect the VeriChip ( or any external contactless rfid
chip) and then they transmit the ID number through the eXI wireless telecommunication
system to the ORBCOMM
low
earth orbit ( LEO ) satellite system.
The ORBCOMM satellite then sends the ID number to a central database, which opens up the stored data, and it then transmits that data ( any and all stored information on that individual ) to any mobile unit ( PDA, laptop, cell phone, handhelds etc. ) and thus they can track and monitor your location in real-time mobility.
Should
that individual be targeted by the Powers that be, he can be stopped in
his tracks,
as
it were, since Dynagate ( portable access control ) can keep him
from entering a zone,

with or without a physical gate ).

Since
the System knows that many people will not take the internal VeriChip,
they now have a way of tracking and locating those people through a "smart
rfid contactless chip" in a card which transmits a code, along with one's
unique identifying number.
That
code opens up the mega-database.
The contactless chip in that case is external, since it will be embedded in one's National ID Card ... the REAL ID ( reformatted driver's license ). It will not be implanted in the body.
Now
* ALL * people --
whether
they have an internal contactless chip, or an external contactless chip

can
be tracked, monitored, located and eventually controlled.
