“to comfort one another with these words…” I think this is one of the most important concerns of the “fivedoves.com”.
Yes, and there is hope!
Sometimes however it seems hope is fading away…… (remember Apostle Paul, writing in Acts 27, 20 “….and when….all hope that we should be saved was then taken away……”)
And often things happen in a way much different from what we expected. But when we look back we may say “…behold, it was very good…..”
So, when things do not come as we have been thinking first, please do not give up!
There is hope!
Here I like to share some thoughts. Some has been already posted. (Sorry for the long letter, and please forgive perhaps I forgot to mention some names of those who did already write about the same subjects… and sorry, if my English is not so very good… I wish I could write more clear…may the Holy Spirit be my/our helper)
First of all: When I am watching the “fivedoves.com” this spring, I believe, the Holy Spirit is moving in a very amazing way.
More and more all the posted letters a fitting together like pieces of a great beautiful puzzle to a glorious picture! And the letters are like a “spiritual cup of coffee” that we may stay watching and praying…
Just a few weeks we have the new photo…: a dove inside a church building…wow! so amazing!
Yes, The Comforter! He Himself is comforting …. and purifying …and healing His Church….
There is “only” One Church…
For example, when we say: “Ascension Day” is May 5, … this is on “our” calendar of the “Western Churches”… but what about the “Orthodox Churches” (“they” have “Ascension Day” June 9,…)?

May our Lord have mercy and heal His Body and Church by His Grace.

It seems there is a great Healing coming …just this summer…
And this is His Grace, our Lord’s Grace more and more flowing, because His Revelation is so very near…. Remember 1 Peter 1, 13 “…and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ…..”

As I pondered this question …perhaps this is an answer:
38 years: …are about 13,880 days …. what if …..you round up to 14,000 days, (still about 38 years …38,33 years)?
14,000 days = 2,000 x 7 days or 2,000 weeks
