I read Tony Ellsworth's post yesterday and also wondered why we were all prepared for something major to occur on 5-5-5, but saw nothing. He said:
 
    I was looking towards a May 5th rapture date.  Obviously that did not happen, but I do believe that something must have been significant about that date spiritually - obviously it was ascension day.
 
   Then I thought, what if it were Ascension Day for the dead in Christ? I got out my calendar and counted the days and lo and behold!!!! 40 days later is June 14, Pentecost on one of the calendars!!! Maybe this would explain why there has been so much "calendar confusion" this year, and that although we saw nothing in the physical realm, a BIG event took place in the spiritual realm.
   If we begin to see the dead in Christ, as the people of Jerusalem saw the dead in Christ who were raised at the time of His resurrection, then I think we will know for sure that we will meet them in the air 40 days afterwards. Perhaps others of you have had dreams of meeting a long-deceased loved one, as I have for years. I have thought for some time that the meaning behind the dreams of seeing my sister, who died over 20 years ago, is that I will see her before I ascend. I'd be interested to hear what others think.
   So many things are happening rapidly in the world to usher in the one-world government and one-world religion, that something big must happen for us in order to fulfill the order that the Bible predicts things will happen. Many things point to Pentecost, so hopefully this will be it.
