"Methodist Church Applies For Liquor License"


In this article called Methodists Converted To Demon Drink athttp://news.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2005/05/22/nmeths22.xml the Methodist Church is applying for a liquor license. Serving liquor could certainly help a brother to fall into sin, and drunkards do not inherit the kingdom of God.   The Bible states the following: 
 
 Romans 14:13  "Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way."
 
  1 Corinthians 6:9  "¶Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10  Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."
 
  Galatian5:19  "Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20  Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21  Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God."
