"David dancing in the streets . . . . ."

David dancing in the streets . . . . .

Wow, . . this is anything but disinterested reverence . .

"Oh taste and see that the Lord is Good" . . Psalm 34:8 "How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth" . . Psalm 119:103

truly a gift from God, . . may His people ever exalt our Lord unashamedly for the "exceeding joy" they find in Him . . Psalm 43:4 . .

King David danced in the streets of Jerusalem over his God Who was his complete and unending pleasure . . "In Your Presence there is fullness of joy, at Your Right Hand there are pleasures forevermore" . . . Psalm 16:11

Imagine, in Heaven, there will be no hindrances ever to worship our God . .

"As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for You, oh, God, my soul thirsts for God, for the Living God" . . Psalm 42:1-2

. . . "Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart" . .Psalm 37:4

God Bless King David, who wrote down for us, His enjoyment and pleasure of praising His God, whom God said was after the Lord's very own heart .

"My soul thirsts for You, my flesh faints for You, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water" . . Psalm 63:1

. . Giving praise and worship unto our God, fulfills the deepest longings of our hearts, and honors Him at the same time . . . Praise God for this treasured teaching to the believer, the worshipper . . .
