Thank you for describing the "Israel" of today.  I came up against that same "mix" as I studied Sabbath/the feasts to learn of Yeshua.  The Truth has become a mosaic! not a fabric!

"So please pray that the veil is pulled from our eyes."
...is something we pray every night!

We give thanks for the tenacity and stubborness in the Children of Israel that enabled our Yeshua to take flesh and bone but we greive that the flip-side of this character allows the veil to stay in place!  Yes, joy for it's removal and saddness for blessings missed.
