When one reads what the JEWS are expecting in a Messiah one can easily see, how on the surface, Yeshua, our Beloved, was lacking, greatly lacking as the Jewish Messiah!

As a believer in Yeshua I can see how the "fulfillments" can be understood in a different manner ... until the time of the complete fulfillment.  BUT even my precious Yeshua is my Kinsman Redeemer in the JEWISH context.  And it is in the JEWISH contsxt that the sea beast is recognized as "messiah" BECAUSE the Jewish "assumption" is confirmed with the building of the Jewish Temple so ... that Temple is an important issue and must actually come.  And after the sea beast has reigned almost 3-1/2 years, he will go into that vary temple and declare himself YHVH!
