"Israel stops and stands still  for two minutes"

Dear Jonh and Doves,

Today in Israel we will remember the Holocaust
At 10 am. The ENTIRE country will come to a halt for
two minutes of memorial for the six million Jews (and
another six million gentiles) that were murdered in
the concentration camps of  Nazi Germany.
Our air-raid sirens will wail over the whole country
for these two minutes
Nobody will drive, even on the expressways.
All traffic will come to a stop and everyone will
stand beside their cars.
Nobody will do business, nor buy or sell during this
time.
Most people will leave their apartments and go to the
streets for the observance.
It is a very sad, tearful and eternal two minutes.
The sirens rivet into the heart  " how could this
happen?"
And "why do they hate us so much that they want to
exterminate us?"
I also think about that soon coming time,
when "God will wipe away every tear from their eyes"
So in the sirens, I think back to the past of my
family and relatives that long ago perished
And I also look to the future of Israel's glory when
the veil is pulled.

God bless,
Brother David
