PET PROVISIONS -- rapture?
 
Hello Doves ~ I am a regular reader & an occasional poster.   Boy are we ever N-E-A-R to the RETURN of Jesus!!  He will be coming for His Saints who are born again, abiding in the Vine, and walking with Him.
 
Perhaps you guys have tossed this around before, and I ask the Lord to give me a calm, settled spirit over it, because being a great animal lover, I am deeply concerned over what will become of our pets once the rapture takes place.
 
Of far more infinite importance -- of course, is that PEOPLE {as many as possible}  go up with us when the trumpet sounds.
 
But I do also care for the CREATION of the Lord -- for the living things, inc. our precious dog.
 
Have any of you Doves made any kind of "provisions" for your pets?   Or thought about this at all?  I'm sure I'm not alone in this.
 
I would love to be able to take our pets in the rapture, but since I'm not sure what God is going to do, then I have written a letter to a (lost, unfortunately)  relative, telling him all about the rapture & what just took place & how people can still turn to Jesus at that point.   I'm also leaving a bit of money in it, asking him to PLEASE do us one favor by having our dog put down if no one in the family wants her.
 
I tend to think people will be so frantic, and going out of their minds, and so busy with tribulation nightmares, that the last thing they will think about is wanting to take a dog in.
 
But Jesus knows my heart, and He knows how it grieves me to think of all the tons of animals roaming the streets and dying of starvation or from people's sheer meanness.  After all, we know how mean people can be NOW, even before the Restrainer is removed.   So I do not even care to think about how bad this world is going to get after the Restrainer is gone!!
 
Perhaps in the end, any concerns & worries we have over our pets will be totally wiped out.  Perhaps some where down the line THE CREATOR will restore our "furry friends" to us.   TRUSTING HIM now with even my lil' pet, as the curtain is about to rise and it IS TIME for Him to come.
 
Just let me know if you others have made any pet provisions that you'd like to share.  Perhaps it will spark a thought in all of us.
