Good Morning,I must have missed this last year, but I heard it today at the evening Vigil Mass for Sunday which was celebrating Ascension Thursday. Maybe you heard the same but it did not mean anything to you. The phrase I heard tonight loud and clear was “or season”. Matter of fact I checked it after mass to see if I actually heard it correct or was it miss read in the reading of the Act of the Apostles Chapter 1. Read it for yourselves right now. It is Act 1:7 “But he said to them; It is not for you to know the times or moments, which the Father hath put in his own power:{Douay-Rheims version 1859}” Now recall what was said and read at this mass today:” He answered them, “It is not for you to know the times or the season”. I really felt betrayed when I heard this because for the average person listening probably did not understand what was meant or maybe nothing or that we the living should not know the time or the season when our Lord is about to punish the people of the earth for our sins or even know that he is very near to His second Coming. The verse skip the phrase “in his own power” meaning when the Father would take control with His wrath during times and half a time [2.5 years at max using times and half a time but probably closer to 24 months as defined here since times is specifying a period of time not necessarily indicating when it would start. The two years could easily fit in the 2.5 year period and be shuffled closer to the very end, where there may be 4 or 5 months in the front and 1 or 2 months on the back end.
Let me explain the verse above from the Douay-Rheims version 1859. It is very important that you understand and that you do not allow anyone to deceive you about where we are in the end time and what is now happening and how close we really are to the end.
Let’s analyze this verse: It is not for you to know the times or moments, which the Father hath put in his own power:
The word “times’ is referring to the same “times” spoken about in Revelation and Daniel. “Times” is the two years of the Great Tribulation [recall: time, times, and half a time]. It is a very specific time in the end time period and our Lord is telling them it will not happen in there life time and that they should go about preaching the Word of God. The “YOU” is really speaking to the Apostles and not the living in the end times. The people living in the end times will know it by the signs like that of a fig tree. We will know the season: The word “season” addresses events during the two seven year periods where season describes a longer period of time; like the Peace Treaty—Oslo Accords, watching Arafat suicide bombers, the war of liberation in Iraq, the unification of the four kingdoms to speak with one tongue – Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Saudi Arabia [in process, not complete, but looks like it will happen before US elections [more about this below], the opening of each seal in Rev 6 and specifically the first seal initiated by 9/11; the shortening of days etc in the end time. The word moments speak directly to the events spoken in Revelation after the opening of the seventh seal which describes the punishments of God via natural disasters from the power of God where some events are called down by the Two Witnesses. So “moments” are events that occur quickly measured in minutes and hours that create a turning point in history where “seasons” are measured in months and years and are not a point in time but a developing stage or period of time describing a particular season of the end time period: Peace Treaty, Opening of the first seal—new world security, move toward a police state, the war on terrorism—hunting down Osama bin laden, the war of liberating Iraq, the emerging new military axis alignment: France, Germany, Russia, Iran[the four kingdoms: Iran, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia], China, North Korea; there are other seasons or maybe threads that start and stop at different times that rum in parallel with these seasons . These two words do not have the same meaning by any stretch of the imagination and for the ICEL to just skip what the Father is going to do during the Great Tribulation. What a shame to see the Word of God manipulated by the ICEL commission.
The latest news describes Iran as using its insurgents to overthrow the governments of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Their goal is to replace the leadership in each country so that it is loyal to Iran. Tehran is using the large Shi’ite communities in each country to achieve this objective. The national organization in each country is the National Islamic Alliance. In the big picture Iran could control the flow of oil out of the Middle East if it gets control of Iraq and Saudi Arabia by the elected officials being loyal to Tehran. Iran has plenty of oil money now, but will have tremendous political influence if it succeeds in this goal with the result of controlling the Gulf Region. Syria will follow along the Tehran voice since it needs oil from Iraq. Just observe who is funding the terrorist groups: Hamas and Hizbulla. It is Tehran. They are using their sponsored terrorist groups to achieve their goal.
Currently we are living in “TIME” which started on Mar 13th, 2004. The days have been shortened and maybe by 13 months. It is this period that Arafat is prophesied to died at the hands of his own people. Dan 11:26 “And they that eat bread with him, shall destroy him, and his army shall be overthrown: and many shall fall down slain”
Here are a few earlier verses in Dan 11 which describe the events which are associated with Arafat and lead up to this event.
24 “And he shall enter into rich and plentiful cities: and he shall do that which his fathers never did, nor his fathers’ fathers: he shall scatter their spoils, and their prey, and their riches, and shall forecast devices against the best fenced places: and this until a time”. He is the king of the south, but represented the PLO, specifically he is Arafat. Arafat is an Egyptian. Arafat during his freedom days, during the first seven years of the Oslo Accords and after traveled to rich and plentiful cities. He toured the world visiting heads of state, kings and presidents, in search of state hood for the PLO. He was a visitor to the USA [NYC, Washington DC], London, Cairo, Paris, Moscow, Be jinn, Tehran. And his fathers, nor his fathers’ father never called for the human suicide bombs that were carried out by the PLO in Israel. He was killing innocent people in restaurants and shopping malls. It was a war of terror on the Jews and it is still continuing until a time. The “until a time” is at the end of the first year of the Great Tribulation [Mar 12, 2005]. The spoils usually are considered the land and treasure won by the wars with the Arabs. There were four wars: war of Independence 1948 [Israel ruled itself and the Sinai Desert, Egypt ruled Gaza and Jordon ruled Judea and Samaria – the west bank, the Suez war of 1956: expulsion of the Egyptian invader and the capture of land, sea and air armament [rule over Sinai and Gaza: the Sinai was given back to Egypt in exchange of safe passage of Israel ships], the six-day war of 1967 [unified Jerusalem, captured: Golan Heights, Gaza Strip, West Bank, Sinai Peninsula], the Egyptian attack on Oct 6 1973 by Anwar Sadat [the Yom Kippur War – no lost of territory]. Also, the Arab war of 1948 was the force which drove Israel to declare itself a nation on May 14th 1948. The winning of this war against the Arabs was shortly followed by the USA and other nations to recognize Israel as a Nation. And Israel as a nation offered in 1952 the right of return of all Jews that have been scattered. This right of return of the Jews has setup a migration of the Jews to Israel of 10 million people and counting. And the prey are the victims of his terror. Arafat has succeeded in forcing the scattering of the new Jewish settlements for the returning Jews from foreign lands. The Jewish settlement were scattered in order to occupy the land [spoils] won by the six day war. Now the treasury of Israel is scattered to provide fences and protection for these settlements. The settlement fences being built in the West Bank, around Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip are costing upwards to a billion dollars or more. The fences are still being built in the west bank. The building of the fences began in June of 2002. The fences are being built in Israel. This verse is describing what is happening right now.
25 “And his strength, and his heart, shall be stirred up against the king of the south, with a great army: the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle many and very strong succors: and they shall not stand, for they shall form designs against him”. Ariel Sharon has shown his strength and his heart against the king of the south [Arafat and the Arab League and Egypt and the smuggling tunnels from Egypt in the Gaza Strip [the Philadelphia Road or Route]]: the Egyptian kings and his allies [enemies of Israel during the last 4 wars] have a great army. These kings have waged war against Israel on four different occasions. They have sponsored special attack forces against the innocent citizens of Israel. The latest attacks coming in the form of suicide bombers [“very strong succors”, the suicide bombers]. “They shall not stand” is a fact because they blow themselves up. “for they shall form designs against him” is the actual forming of their own bomb to portray themselves as martyrs for their own cause – “the design” against the king of Israel – Ariel Sharon. Ariel Sharon has met Arafat head on with Arafat’s Infatada launching raids against the PLO and the organized and leaders of the Infatada. It has been a bloodied battle for a long time, ever since the failure of the Oslo peace accords in Sept of 2000.
26 “And they that eat bread together with him shall destroy him, and his army shall be overthrown: and many shall fall down slain”. This is a description and prophecy of Arafat and his army. Eventually, this will happen, and was prophesied until a time – Mar 12 2005.
