To me, one of the most disappointing developments this year, has been
the concerted public mocking of Christians and our faith. People may or
may not agree with the political actions of our President, but it is
unconscionable for them to use his public professions of faith as a
basis upon which to mock his every utterance, every move, every turn.President Bush has voiced the most open and sincere testimony of the
saving power of Jesus Christ, of any president in recent time. It is
indeed a tragedy and a smudge on the character of our increasingly
Godless society, that people would take offense to his admission that he
prays to God for guidance.George Washington did that, but he isn't mocked for his faith. In fact,
many of the framers of our Constitution, as well as many of our earliest
public officials, were outright and overt Christians. They didn't feel
they had to soft petal their faith and personal experiences with the
Lord Jesus Christ.Beware the sharp-tongued, abrasively clever skeptic who takes delight in
attacking Christians and denying the truth of what Christ has done for
them. Allowing such disrespect for Christians and, in turn, for the
Lord, is only the beginning. It will be eventually followed by the
godless, anti Christian religion of the Last Days...a faithless
deception that will finally proclaim the Antichrist to be god!www.thekingiscoming.com
