Last Saturday evening I watched  an excellent program on Manna Fest on
the Angel I channel.  Perry Stone, the speaker, talked about  "Removing
the Restrainer from America."  The Bible speaks of a threefold cord that
is not easily broken.  This threefold cord that restrains evil in
America, and throughout the world, consists of prayer, the word of God,
and the name of Jesus.

So what has been happening in America in recent years?  Prayer has been
taken out of public places.  The word of God has also been taken out of
public places, and in some areas, it is classified as hate literature.
In many places, the name of Jesus is not permitted to be mentioned .

What is the result of all of this?  We are not allowed to call upon the
only one who is able and willing to enable us to endure this life and
inherit heaven, Jesus Christ, the God man.  We are no longer allowed to
read the word of God, the only basis for moral law, upon which this
country was established.  We are no longer allowed  to  speak the name
of Jesus, the only one who causes demons to tremble. Scripture tells us
that when we abandon these areas of restraint, demonic activity
increases, and what we experience is terror, which is of major concern
in America and the world today.

Polls indicate that 85% of our nation professes to be Christian, and the
other 15% are ultra-liberal, for example:  most of the media in
particular.  So why is the 15% telling the 85% what to do, and how they
should live?  It is because the 85% is living in caves, hiding from the
15%.  Elijah thought he was the only one who was standing for God in his
day, but God said there were 7,000 others like him in the land.  Can you
imagine the change that would have taken place in the land had the 7,000
been energized like Elijah? Professing Christians must get on board and
speak out against the wickedness in our land to bring about change.
Otherwise, conditions will only get worse, and we will play right into
the hands of the anti-christ who will come to rule the world.  Demonic
activity will increase, and terror will fill our land.

Lets reinstate the threefold Restrainer of evil in America:  prayer, the
word of God, and the name of Jesus, that evil might be defeated, and
that we might receive the blessing of Almighty God.
