So true. But the biggest problem is you are altering the landscape in Satan's playground and he is not happy and "will not go quietly in to the night". We're messing with evil incarnate and we are paying the price for it. We must humble ourselves and realize that ONLY God is strong enough to take on Satan. Part of our American pride and stubbornness is we feel "we are Americans we can do anything". We feel we don't need God's help and what we are seeing in Iraq, deaths mounting and no help from Iraqis, is the consequence of that attitude.
