Dear John and all gentle Doves, :)
I have to tell you all something! I have had two turtle doves settle in our backyard, and I have heard them cooing for over a month now! They are always together. Very tender towards each other. Last week, I asked the Lord, because I was concerned over world issues, and wanting so much to see Him so much, if He would confirm to me or give me a personal sign, to let me know If He was coming so soon as we expect! Well, I didn't pay much attention to it, but yesterday I saw it clearly! On Saturday, one of the turtle doves came and landed on my wooden patio furniture. This is furniture that was obtained with the prayer of healing, over the woman's husband that I bought it from.
I quickly saw the dove flutter away, then noticed a perfect little egg resting on the arm of the love seat! The dove did not come back to it's egg. Seven days later, it would be this saturday!!! Seven is God's number for completion. Although this was a personal request from me and to me, I feel it is telling for us all.
I believe through reading this last paragraph, that by the very latest we will be gone by the end of Summer! See below what it says here about the Turtle Dove!
"Even the stork in the heavens knows its times; and the turtledove, swallow, and crane observe the time of their coming" (Jeremiah 8:7.
"For now the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land" (Song of Songs 2:11-12.See here below what it says of the Turtle Dove! Is this not telling us that our flight is near?!!
The turtle-dove is a bird of passage. It appears in Judea early in the spring, when the leaves are coming out, the flowers opening, and every thing looking lovely and beautiful. This will explain some verses in the Song of Solomon, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away, for lo! the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; the flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle (or turtle-dove) is heard in our land."
Please see this:
It remains until summer is gone; and then flies away to a warmer climate to spend the winter. It is in reference to this that David says, "Oh! that I had wings like a dove! for then would I flee away, and be at rest; lo, then would I wander far off, and remain in the wilderness; I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest." You will find these beautiful verses in Psalm 55.
May our dear Lord take us, like the Turtle Dove, that we find our resting place in His home far away! Keeping in prayer. Love Pauleen
