I think a binary asteroid like Toutatis will break apart. The mountain burning with fire of Rev. 8:8 will hit the Mediterranean Sea at noon on the Day of God's Wrath.
 
Zeph. 2:1-5 says, "Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired (Israel); Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon you, before the day of the LORD's anger come upon you. Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid (i.e., caught up in the Pre-Wrath Rapture) in the day of the LORD's anger. For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the NOON day, and Ekron shall be rooted up. Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast".
 
I think the larger piece of the asteroid called Wormwood (Rev. 8:10-11) is the "stone like a great millstone" (Rev. 18:21) that will obliterate Babylon, Iraq.
 
Both impacts will cause the worldwide earthquake. Every wall will fall (Eze. 38:18-20). The cities of the nations will be destroyed (Rev. 16:18,19).
 
According to Dan. 8:13,14, the shortened Tribulation will last 2300 days. If the Pre-Trib Rapture comes on Sivan 3, 5764 (May 22,23, 2004), the last day of the 2300 will fall on Tishri 1, 5771 (Sept. 9, 2010). The Day of God's Wrath has to be on the Feast of Trumpets, Tishri 1 (Joel 2:1-3).
 
Both Raptures will take place at the same time that there is thunder, on the first and last days of the 2300-day Tribulation. Since "the last trump" (I Cor. 15:51,52) will be before noon on the Day of God's Wrath, the first "trump of God" (I Thess. 4:16) should fall on the first day of the 2300 days.
 
That is a day of thunder. Rev. 4:1-5 says, "After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of A TRUMPET TALKING WITH ME; WHICH SAID, COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and THUNDERINGS and voices."
 
Sivan 3 at Mt. Sinai was when the FIRST TRUMPET of the Bible sounded. They arrived there in the third month (chodesh, new moon, i.e., Sivan 1). Then, they were to wash their clothes on that day and the next (Sivan 1 and 2). I think the Pre-Trib Rapture will be on Sivan 3. That was when the Lord came down on the third day. Ex. 19:4 says, " Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself."
 
Ex. 19:11,13,16,17 says, "be ready against the third day: for THE THIRD DAY (Sivan 3) THE LORD WILL COME DOWN in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai (symbol of Saturn, from the Sanskrit Sani, Saturn, and the pavement of "sapphire," Ex. 24:10, which means dear to the planet Saturn, from the Sanskrit Sani, Saturn, and priya, dear)....WHEN THE TRUMPET SOUNDETH LONG, THEY SHALL COME UP TO THE MOUNT....And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were THUNDERS and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, AND THE VOICE OF THE TRUMPET exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled. And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God."
 
That makes me wonder if Moses will escort the Bride of Christ to Jesus before returning to Earth as one of the two witnesses.
 
Thunder is heard at "the last trump", the Pre-Wrath Rapture, also. Rev. 7:2 says, "I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great THUNDER: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps." Verse 14 shows that these come out of great tribulation.
