"soldier Christian, thank you"

How quickly the world forgets how its freedom was payed for. The Christian soldiers were the back bone of the military. Much blood was spilled for the freedom we seem to be bent on destroying now. " No greater love can be found than this , that a man lay down his life for his brother". Back in the early 70's I was in the navy and stationed near San Fransisco. I fell into the hippy ultra left influence and I pretty much hated the military. Around the age of 33 my thinking matured. Not only did I become a Christian but I began to understand differently the things that I once scoffed at.

We are in a spiritual battle, That battle is fought individualy and may extend to nations when evil overtakes a society. When that happens God calls some of our brothers to take up arms.

Many Christians today are deceived into thinking that God did not allow war. People like the Quakers can exist for a while but not for long without a government willing to defend them. There will be war until the final war that Christ will wage against the wicked.

God bless
