When an individual, a group of people, a town or city, a state, or an entire nation, or even the whole world, reaches the point that they will not listen to God's Word preached and taught by men of God, then God Himself will speak to them and they will listen, although for most of them, it will be too late.
    "Then shall He speak unto them in His wrath, and vex them in His sore displeasure," Psalm 2:5.
