(There is a difference between an abortion and a miscarriage caused by a pregnant woman being struck in a fight. An abortion is pre-meditated murder.  However, I don't think that a spur of the moment fight that caused a miscarriage would be consider pre-meditated murder unless it was the intention of the person to cause a deliberate fight and to deliberately cause the pregnant woman to miscarry.)
