I brought Lee home from the hospital on Tuesday afternoon. Dr. Clarke really wanted him to stay and have both the inside of his stomach and his intestines looked at by a specialist to see what caused the fever and the loss of blood, but Lee didn't want a specialist looking at him. Since his red blood cell count was up to 22 and the normal count is 26, the doctor released him and told him to see his own personal physician in three days for a follow up visit. I have to monitor his temperature to see if it remains normal, but it was 98.9 degrees before he left the hospital. The doctor told him not to take any more aspirins. So please keep praying for him. I really wish that he had stayed in the hospital to get these tests done.God bless,
Donna
Dear John,
I just got on the internet to let you know that I won't be posting any other articles this morning and to let you all know that I had to call the ambulance again last night at 11:15 p.m. to take my husband back to the hospital because his temperature was 104.8 degrees and he couldn't get out of bed by himself or walk by himself. My daughter and I never got home to 4 a.m. this morning and I am exhausted as I only get 3 hrs. sleep last night before calling the ambulance. I need to go back to bed to rest my lower back although I won't be sleeping. My husband had signed himself out of the hospital yesterday against the doctors wishes, but he has finally promised to remain in the hospital so that the doctors can run all the necessary tests required to see what is causing his fever. Just please continue to keep us all in your prayers.
God bless,
Donna
