YOU SAID: While I can not provide the answer to your question on
Isaiah 13:18 I am sure others here who think you are mistaken about
the number raptured can.
REPLY: There is really no answer to provide.....That verse is
pretty clear on what's gonna happen and nothing or no one can stop
it......I actually don't care who think I'm mistaken or not
mistaken.....that is not my problem......It is what the Bible
says that matters.....nothing else does....
YOU SAID: Also you failed to answer these parts of my response
A) I refuse to put limitations on God. And that is what saying he
would only save children UAA that are children of christians does
and this seems along those lines too.
REPLY: I never failed to answer any part of your response....quite
the opposite is true......I just didn't think the other point was
important.....Putting limitations on God is not the issue here.....
I am not in any way putting limitations on God........I'm just
saying what I believe based on what I see from scriptures......Quite
frankly......I don't even think children of any sort will be raptured
.....I know this might send shock waves and sounds like nuttery...but
it could be.....because Rev. 19 and the parable of the 5 virgins show
that Jesus is coming to snatch away His wife/bride who has made
herself ready.....nothing more.......nothing less.....Now as for the
children of the righteous.....I honestly don't know how or what God
will do with them.....I have been meditating about this for long
and haven't still come to a reasonable conclusion......this is because
Ezekiel prophecied that.....righteous Job, Daniel and Noah cannot
save their children in the day of Lord except their own very
souls......"Though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live, saith
the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall
but deliver their own souls by their righteousness." Ezekiel 14:20
YOU SAID: Just because the have been parallels on some issue in the
past doesn't mean all issues have parallels and that it he save
144,000 Jews from the tribulation he must only save 144,000
christians from it too.
REPLY: That is the point I'm trying to make. God is very consistent
in His doings and like to make events to parallel each other.....other
wise I don't see why only 3,000 souls were saved on the day of
pentecost under the dispensation of Grace.......versus 3,000 slain
under the dispensation of law......wouldn't you think that it should
be lets say.....6,000 souls saved on pentecost under the dispensation
of grace.........rather than the same amount that was slain?
YOU SAID: And furthermore your "theory" smells like the JW's
teaching. But lastly to use your "logic" the 144,000 are comprised of
12,000 from each of 12 tribes of Israel so to parallel then 12,000
must be chosen from each of 12 denominations of the church. Care to
name them????
REPLY: I'm not sure why it smells like the JW's teaching....I would
have thought it would taste like it rather than smell like it....but
anyway.....I am not JW.....and never intend to be one....I am an
independent bible student and lover of Christ......not a member of any
particular church organization......12,000 doesn't have to be chosen
from any particular denomination......Scriptures says that....we as
born again gentile christians.....are spiritual Jews because we have
become the children of Abraham by faith in Christ.....so don't you
think that since we are spiritual Isrealites.....that....God would
graft us into any one of the 12 tribes as He sees fit for us.....based
on our individuality......strengths.....and weaknesses?
