"Say goodbye to Venus!"

Doves:

This is incredible!!!

The photo used by Sky and Telescope's "This Week's Sky at at Glance"
shows Venus going down AT A CHURCH.......and uses the words
"Say goodbye to Venus!"...or, as we have discussed "JESUS
SPEAKING TO THE CHURCHES".  INCREDIBLE AND HOW FITTING!!!

   Revelation 22
16 "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony
for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David,
   and the bright Morning Star."

THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can still catch three planets in evening
twilight this week. Sky & Telescope diagram.

Friday, May 28 Say goodbye to Venus! It's disappearing low
in the west-northwest in bright twilight this week, as shown at
lower right — ending an apparition that began last fall. The true
end of this apparition, however, will come on June 8th — at the
midpoint of Venus's transit across the face of the Sun!  Jupiter's
Great Red Spot should cross Jupiter's central meridian (the
imaginary line down the center of the planet's disk from pole
to pole) around 11:15 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The "red"
spot is currently pale orange-tan. It should be visible for at least
50 minutes before and after in a good 4-inch telescope if the
atmospheric seeing is sharp and steady. (For the times of all
transits visible worldwide, use our Red Spot transit predictor,
or print out the list of all Red Spot transits for the rest of 2004
at the end of that page.)
