"Re:  Marie Komar's "Losing Iraq""

Doves:

After reading Marie Komar's "Losing Iraq"...
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/may2004/mariek520-1.htm
...it seemed SO VERY NAIVE and even silly what all the "experts" were
predicting just a few short months ago at the 2004 Prophecy Conference.
FROM:  http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/may2004/calvinm512.htm

Yes, they brought a lot of knowledge to the table and, yes, that was 3 months
ago, but they all seemed to agree that now that we have returned to the Old
Testament Babylon / Iraq, we sort of need to watch this area.  They all seemed
to agree that the "Babylon" in Revelation 18 MUST be the Babylon / Iraq where
our troops are now!!!"  In other words, it will be developed and democratized over
time and BECOME that commercialized Babylon spoken of in Revelation 18.

The Arab nations remind me of a bed of Fire Ants....just laying there calm and
sandy....even looking like "nobody's home".  Then you just take a little stick and
place it into the middle...THE PLACE COMES "ALIVE" WITH ANGRY ANTS!!!
As mentioned by John Ford in his post "Come Out of Her":

The beast has stirred up the middle east Arabs to rage & anger to the point
that they want to kill Americans/Christians & Jews.  That's why the Lord is
going to turn their words around and it will happen to them.  He's going to
use the Arabs as His Hand of Judgment.

But then again...maybe we're both wrong.  Maybe all the Arabs will just wake
up one morning and say, "Hey, the American south ain't too bad....let's just
turn all these Mosques into Walmarts and Baptist Churches!!!"

But, then again, maybe the whole thing will JUST IMPLODE!!!  I believe
Cuba would be a democracy before Iraq!!!
