Doves:

When it comes to months and the Jewish Calendar, you have to
almost identify "which Calendar"- civil or religious.  This was
reinforced by one of Dave Camp's VERY clever letters which he
has been responding to a few of us guys with.  As Dave says,

  "You see, Tishri begins the CIVIL year, whereas Nisan begins
  the RELIGIOUS year."

What Dave is referring to is that God changed the calendar so that
the Jews would ALWAYS remember the time that He brought them
out of Egypt.  When describing to Moses and Aaron how to keep the
Passover, God told them to change from their old civil calendar based
on the harvesting of crops in the fall as the beginning (Tishri 1) to the
month of NISAN AS THE FIRST MONTH (when they left Egypt).

   Exodus 12
   The Passover
   1 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, 2 "This month
   is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year. 3 Tell
   the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month
   each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household.

Having read and digested "some" of what Dave wrote, I thought I would
do is deal ONLY with the terms FIRST MONTH / SECOND MONTH which
was, I believe, what he was trying to show...AND IT BECAME MORE
AND MORE INTERESTING!!!  Again, flatter me by thinking ONLY in terms
of FIRST MONTH / SECOND MONTH!!!  Besides, Jesus DID say:

   Luke 17
   26 "Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of
   the Son of Man. 27 People were eating, drinking, marrying and being
   given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood
   came and destroyed them all.

"In the days of Noah" the Lord told Noah on the 10th or 11th day OF THE
SECOND MONTH that in 7 more days that He would flood the earth:

   Genesis 7
   4 Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and
   forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature
   I have made."

And then seven days later:

   Genesis 7
   10 And after the seven days the floodwaters came on the earth.
   11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, on the seventeenth day of the
   second month-on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth,
   and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. 12 And rain fell on the
   earth forty days and forty nights.

So that "NOW" you may understand "Why?" I said to concentrate on ONLY the
terms FIRST AND SECOND MONTH...here is what Dave said (and I FINALLY
understand):

   And finally, you might also remember from one of my Noah posts that I
   had determined that 17 Heshvan was Second Firstfruits (since Heshvan
   WAS the "second month" back then) - ie, that Noah's "rapture" and
   the beginning of the Flood both began on Second Firstfruits!

Below is not ALL of what Dave had to say...but it's early in the morning
and it is about as deep as I can "think" right now...

   So let's move all of this up to NOW, and add the understanding...

   This year, our "second month" dates are one off from in Noah's day:

   "    Noah - Second Firstfruits - 17 Heshvan
   "    Noah - 1 week before - 10 Heshvan
   "    Now - Second Firstfruits - 18 Iyyar (May 9th)
   "    Now - 1 week before - 11 Iyyar (May 2nd)

Dave always gives you a LOT to chew on.  The only thing I have to add
to this is that, it seems interesting to me that, as you start counting with
the FIRST DAY OF NISAN, the 40th day by inclusive counting would be
today - May 1st.  There were a LOT of signs regarding the beginning
of Nisan which was March 23rd this year.  May 1st is, inclusively, the 40th
day from March 23rd / Nisan 1.  Jesus rose on the "40th" day after Firstfruits
and Pentecost was 10 days after that.  The rain fell in Noah's day for "40 days
and nights".  A "LOT" of typology here!!! DID WE HAVE SOME "WAKE UP"
CALLS AT THAT TIME 40 TO 50 DAYS AGO???

   to "CHECK" back to the largest meteorite of, perhaps, the past several
   thousand years THAT DID NOT MISS - THE TUNGUSKA METEORITE!!!

   From that "Tuesday" of June 30, 1908, we have, I believe, an INCREDIBLE
   coincidence in numbers...ESPECIALLY FOR RIGHT NOW!!!

      The 99th triangle number (4950)
      PLUS the 9th triangle number (45)
      EQUALS 4995.

   The number 4995 is FIVE "999's".  "999" means "MY WRATH".
   This number of WEEKS from Tunguska - 4995 X 7 - COMES TO
   "TUESDAY", MARCH 23, 2004!!!!!!!  The number "7" means
   "SPIRITUAL COMPLETION"!!!  (interestingly that is 3/23/4... a
   "possible reference to the number "234"???)

      4995 X 7 = 34965

      Time calculation
      From: "Tuesday", June 30, 1908 (The Tunguska Meteor)
      to: "Tuesday", March 23, 2004
      It is 34965 days between those dates

   Are the following BIBLICAL NUMERICAL NUMERICAL MEANINGS...
      999 means "MY WRATH"
      99 means "AMEN"
      9 means "JUDGMENT"
      7 means "SPIRITUAL COMPLETION"

   ...TO BE INTERPRETED BY US "RIGHT NOW"???!!!

Just keep in mind, Jesus said "As in the days of Noah" which was A TIME
OF JUDGMENT!!!  It just seems that we could draw some VERY STRONG
parallels here!!!

Many signs, it seems, were given during April.  Remember we had
the 4/4/4 date, etc.  The 100 foot asteroid which "swished by" Earth
occurred on March 18th...

   A small near-Earth asteroid (NEA), discovered Monday night by
   the NASA-funded LINEAR asteroid survey, will make the closest
   approach to Earth ever recorded. There is no danger of a collision
   with the Earth during this encounter.

   The object, designated 2004 FH, is roughly 30 meters (100 feet)

   3.4 Earth diameters) above the Earth's surface on March 18th
   at 5:08 PM EST (2:08 PM PST, 22:08 UTC). (Close approach

...will be 49 (7 X 7) days, inclusively, from Wednesday, May 5th and,
also inclusively, (8 + 8 + 8) + (8 + 8 + 8) from Tuesday, May 4th.  Of
course "888" is the gematria of Jesus.  Sort of interesting.

   It is 48 days between those dates
   (or 49 inclusively)

P.S.:

Not long after posting all this, I wanted to call a friend to see
if he could ride to a near-by town with me.  I had to look up
