"To: Ted Porter"

Ted, I do believe Jesus rides the WHITE HORSE.

Re: Revelation 6:2.  "Then she asks for those who believe that Jesus Christ is the rider on the white horse, (such as the commentator Matthew Henry), how can Jesus Christ be in a position to open the seal and also be at the same time behind the seal waiting to be released once the seal has been opened by Himself?  Doesn't make sense."

Has she forgotten that Jesus is the Father as well as the Holy Spirit?  The Trinity. The Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent.

Rev. 19:11 "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war."

Once upon a time men used bows and arrows with which to go to war.

John 18:36-37 "Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then?
Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

God put a bow in the heavens after the flood that destroyed all but Noah and his family.   The rainbow after the rain was God's covenant that he would not flood the land again.

The sign in the heavens (constellation Sagittarius) has a bow with an arrow pointing to the heart of the scorpion called Ares [god of war].  The Planet Mars is also call the god of war.  Jesus is coming to make judgment.

I would say that the first white horse of Rev 6:2 is the Holy Spirit.  Jesus receives the crowns and the antichrist is delivered to the lake of fire.  I believe the second horse that is red is the antichrist and John the revelator said there had already been many as he wrote.

Rev. 6:2 "I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer."

Zech. 4:6 "This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts

When he arose from the dead.

Mark 16:14-20 "Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen."

Jesus gave them the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.  His sword is the Word of God. It appears that the antichrist has crossed swords!

Stop looking for the antichrist and 'look fully into Jesus' face and the world will grow strangely DIM'.  Praise the Lord.

John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
