Hi Gino....You've asked a dilly of a question from all the Doves.  There will probably be a dozen answers, and each answer will be different.  I have my thoughts, and I have heard several voice their opinions as well.   Others will probably write to try to clarify with their determinations, and I just happened to find a great link today on this very thing.  You've done a lot of thinking that matches some of what I have learned too, but this link brings in another view as well.  I don't think we will all know a concrete (written in stone) answer until we can ask the Lord ourselves.  I hope this link opens for you....
