You asked what are the Noahide Laws.

The seven laws (commonly rendered as Sheva Mitzvot Shel Bnei Noach) are:
1.Avodah zarah – Do not worship false gods.
2.Shefichat damim – Do not murder.
3.Gezel – Do not steal (or kidnap).
4.Gilui arayot – Do not be sexually immoral (forbidden sexual acts are traditionally interpreted to include incest, bestiality, sodomy, and adultery.)
5.Birkat Hashem – Do not "bless God" euphemistically referring to blasphemy.
6.Ever min ha-chai – Do not eat any flesh that was torn from the body of a living animal (given to Noah and traditionally interpreted as a prohibition of cruelty towards animals)
7.Dinim – Set up a system of honest, effective courts, police and laws.

The U.S. Congress officially recognized the Noahide Laws in legislation which was passed by both houses. Congress and the President of the United States, George Bush, indicated in Public Law 102-14, 102nd Congress, that the United States of America was founded upon the Seven Universal Laws of Noah, and that these Laws have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization. They also acknowledged that the Seven Laws of Noah are the foundation upon which civilization stands and that recent weakening of these principles threaten the fabric of civilized society, and that justified preoccupation in educating the Citizens of the United States of America and future generations is needed. For this purpose, this Public Law designated March 26, 1991 as Education Day, U.S.A.

The first thing I would say is that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my personal Sabbath day of rest as liken to the first Christian church on the seventh day He created as His hallowed and sanctified day of rest as written in Genesis 2:1-3 and Hebrews 4:8. He, my Lord, never changed it. He lived His Commandments He wrote with His own Finger before Moses as written in Exodus 31:18. So how did the general so-called Christian church end up with the first day of the week as their Lord day of rest?
 
Before Emperor Constantine came to be the head of the church in Rome, the real Christian churches were true followers of their Lord Jesus and kept His seventh day Lord's day of rest, Matthew 12:8, that He kept as written in Matthew 5:17-19 and John 15:10-12.
 
When Emperor Constantine became the first real pope of the Roman church he made his sun god worship day as his Lord's day of rest and he had his army to start putting all the real followers of Jesus Christ who kept His seventh day of rest on stakes and burnt them at Rome. Then he sent His army across the land to destroy all the followers of their Lord Jesus Christ in His church and place them upon stakes and burnt them. This continued over many years and thus there remained few true followers of Lord Jesus Christ left alive.
 
So the Catholic Church became the only so-called Christian church, being full of idols and virgin Mary worship given to be by a very idolistic man, Emperor Constantine. By so doing he fulfilled Daniel 7:25. He changed the Commandments of Almighty God that His first begotten wrote with His own Finger, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.  How can we say we do love our Lord Jesus when we disobey His commands of us as His people?
 
By the way, all these so-called Christian churches who consider as their day of rest, Emperor Constantine's sun god's worship day, are one of the little harlots of Revelation 17:5. It's written, "Come out from among them" as written in Revelation 18:1-4, those following the traditions of the great whore of Revelation 17:5, Matthew 15:3-9.
 
Time is so short, so make a choice. Who do you follow, Emperor Constantine, or the Son of God, our Lord Jesus Christ? You say you love Lord Jesus in reality, John 14:15-18.
 
Read I John 2:4, repent and change, or your judgment is as written in Revelation 21:8 and in Isaiah 5:13-16.
