So I just made a post on Pastor Sandy Armstrong's videos where he said that before an earthquake there are dead fish and birds due to HAARP.   And now I see this letter from Perry Stone and he mentions the dead fish and David Wilkerson's vision of the Japan earthquake and California Earthquake.
