I don't have an answer to why the Japan or the Christchurch earthquake wasn't mentioned by Dr. Owour.  I can only speculate that  perhaps his message of TIME IS OVER took precedence over everything else.
 
I'm still not over the magnitude of my prayer being answered in such a way that it was.  I don't take lightly what happened.  I'm 100% percent sure that Dr. Owour is who he says he is, BUT don't take my word for it ......  I know who you can ask though!
