"Song with Possible Rapture Significance / Message from God??"
Doves,
I thought I would share with you what happened to me this morning. I
awoke suddenly this morning while sleeping on my side and an "inner
voice" instructed me to check the time. I didn't want to do this
because I was comfortable in the position I was in and wanted to go
back to sleep. But that inner voice said -----check the time!!! So I
begrudgingly rolled to my back and looked at the time which was
displayed (from an alarm clock) on the ceiling of our bedroom. As I
rolled to look at the time I knew somehow it would be a multiple of 11
because that seems to be the numbers when God is trying to get my
attention. I smiled when I reached my back and saw the time digitally
displayed on the ceiling as 5:55. I think 5 means grace so I had a
triple grace moment.
Knowing that God wanted to have a "pow wow" I decided to not pray but
just listen. Nothing came to me as I waited and listened. Not
hearing anything from the Lord I decided to pray for our family
that we would be found worthy to escape the things that I believe will
soon be coming upon the earth. I did that and drifted back to sleep
only to be soon awoken again with this song in my head. And my brain
was singing the lyrics of this song that I haven't heard in a long
time. I smiled again when I realized the significance of the words of
this song when applied to my Rapture beliefs. The song was ---Somewhere
Over the Rainbow----and I'll copy the lyrics below. I realize it's not
a religious song but the wording seems very applicable for the time
frame we find ourselves in. Wouldn't you agree?????????
Christ be with you all,
John B
Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high,
There's a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby.
Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue,
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Really do come true.
Someday I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far
Behind me.
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me.
Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly.
Birds fly over the rainbow.
Why then, oh why can't I?
If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why can't I?
