"Rapture: Many are called; few are chosen"
John and
Doves,
We agree with Jennie
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/march2011/jennie326.htm
and
Jan Mikael ( and others on the Board ) that God does distinguish between those
who walk in the Light from those who do not walk in the Light, even though they
are Born Again Christians.
God is highly selective and He knows how to
distinguish this one from that one.
He does not use labels .
" All souls
are Mine" Ezekiel 18:4
In Ezekiel 33: 12, 13 God speaks of a daily
walk with personal accountability. Our spiritual condition can change from time
to time, if we do not continue in the Light.
Ezekiel 34 speaks
directly to shepherds ( religious leaders ) of how God sees His flock scattered
because of the shepherds ... "Behold I judge between cattle and cattle, between
the rams and the he-goats." ( 17 ).
" Behold, I even I, will judge between
the fat cattle and between the lean cattle." (20 )
" I will judge between
cattle and cattle " ( 22 ).
These lines are spoken directly to religious
leaders and to those who follow them.
( most likely Born Again )
God
always reveals Himself throughout Scripture as One who discerns and
distinguishes.
Psalm 18: 25
"With the merciful Thou wilt show Thyself merciful;
With an upright man, thou wilt show Thyself upright;
With the
pure Thou wilt show Thyself pure;
And with the
froward ( aggressive, bold ) Thou wilt show
Thyself froward. "
Isaiah 28: 23--29
Different strokes for
different folks ...
"For his God doth instruct him to discretion (
how to distinguish ) and doth teach him.
For the fitches ( spelt ) are not threshed with a threshing
instrument;
neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cumin;
but the fitches are beaten out with a staff,
and the cumin with a rod.
Bread corn ( grain: such as wheat, barley or
rye ) is bruised;
Because he will not ever be threshing
it,
nor break it with the wheel of his cart,
nor bruise it with his
horsemen."
Note :
American "corn" was not discovered until Columbus came to America.
1492
" Corn" in the Old World meant "grain", such
as wheat, barley and rye.
Corn in the New World means the corn that is yellow
and eaten on the cob, or popped as popcorn.
The O.W. term and the N.W.
term do not have the same meaning.

More
on separation :
Mark 13: 35 ... the Rapture / Translation
" Watch ye
therefore; for you know not when the Master of the house cometh,
at even, ( Matthew 27: 51--53 ) a special separation ; Ephesians 4:8
or at Midnight ( Matthew 25:1-10 ) separation of the wise virgins from the foolish virgins (
both were waiting )
or at the cockcrowing ( Rev. 16: 15 ) separation of regenerated Christians ( after the Midnight
Rapture )
or in the morning
(John 11: 24 ) separation of the just from the unjust;
Resurrection of the Just
Yes, truly, God separates
those who are alive in Christ ( 1 Thessalonians 4: 15 + 17 ) from the
rest.
"This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts, which is WONDERFUL
in counsel, and excellent in working."
Isaiah 28: 29
In Him,
