Even though the words "pole shift" are never
mentioned in the book of Revelation, is it possible that the Revelation
6:14 might indicate a pole shift?
Rev. 6:14, "And the heaven departed as a scroll
when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved
out of their places."
and not only are the geological locations of the
land masses changed from north to south or from south to north if it
was a 180 degree shift, but continents can be torn apart, mountains
moved, islands can emerge or be submerged, and portions of continents
can be submerged as well. Doesn't this sound like Rev. 6:14 when
every mountain and island were moved out of their places? Does
this verse indicate the possibility of a pole shift at this time?
Isaiah 24:1 also describes a pole
shift because "the earth is turned upside down," and "the earth
shall reel to and fro like a drunkard according to Isaiah 24:20.
It's also at a time when "the foundations of the earth do
shake. (Possible earthquakes along Earth's tectonic
plates) And it shall come to pass in that day, the LORD shall
punish the host of the high ones [that are] on high, and the kings of
the earth upon the earth" according Isaiah 24:18. (Doesn't that
sound like God's day of wrath?) And "the earth is
moved exceedingly" in Isaiah 24:19. (The Earth would be moved
exceedingly during a pole shift.) Below are some more verses taken
from chapter Isaiah 24 although you might want to read it in its
entirety.
Isaiah 24:1-6, "Behold the Lord maketh the earth
empty and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down and scattereth
abroad the inhabitants thereof. And it shall be, as with the people, so
with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the
maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as
with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so
with the giver of usury to him. The land shall be utterly emptied
and utterly spoiled; for the Lord hath spoken this word.
The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth
away, the haughty people of the earth do languish. The earth also
is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have
transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting
covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they
that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth
are burned, and few men left."
Isaiah 24:16-23, "From the uttermost part of the
earth have we heard songs, [even] glory to the righteous. But I said,
My leanness, my leanness, woe unto me! the treacherous dealers have
dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous dealers have dealt very
treacherously. Fear, and the pit, and the snare, [are] upon thee, O
inhabitant of the earth. And it shall come to pass, [that] he who
fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that
cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for
the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do
shake. The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved,
the earth is moved exceedingly. And it shall come to pass in that day,
[that] the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones [that are] on
high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth. And they shall be
gathered together, [as] prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be
shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited. Then
the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of
hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his
ancients gloriously."
If Rev. 6:14 turns out to be a pole
shift, then the events that come before it found in Rev. 6:12-13 are
the opening of the 6th seal and a great earthquake; and "the sun became
black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood. And the stars
of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely
figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind."
Could men knowing about a pole shift in advance
cause them to be fearful and hide themselves in caves and in the rocks
of the mountains? Or are they hiding in caves because
of an approaching dwarf star or giant red planet they see in the sky
that might have a comet in its gravitional pull that will be hurled
down to the Earth? Revelation 6:15-17 says, "And the kings of the
earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and
the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves
in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the
mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that
sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great
day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"
Is the day of God's wrath, the exact day that the
pole shift takes place? And are the events of the first 4
trumpets described in Revelation 8:7-13 events that all take place on
the day of the pole shift? Or are they events that take place
prior to a pole shift?
Rev. 8:7, "The first angel sounded, and there
followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the
earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass
was burnt up." (Is this a comet consisting of
gas, dust and ice that ignites causing a firestorm and hail as it
hits Earth that burns up one third of the trees and all the green
grass? And is this a comet that is in the gravitional pull of a
brown dwarf star or giant red gas planet that is approaching
Earth?)
Rev. 8:8-9 "And the second angel sounded, and as
it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and
the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the
creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part
of the ships were destroyed. (Is this a
volcano near an ocean that erupts during a pole shift or prior to a
pole shift? Something is certainly causing the increase in
volcanic activity and the number of increasing earthquakes in these
past several years on Earth which will only continue to increase like a
woman's labor pains increase before the delivery of her child.
Could an approaching brown dwarf star or a giant gas planet be causing
the increase in volcanic activity and the increase in earthquakes as it
draws closer to Earth?)
Rev. 8:10-11, "And the third angel sounded, and
there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it
fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of
waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part
of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because
they were made bitter." (Is this star an
asteroid in the asteriod belt between Mars and Jupiter that
will be caught in the gravitational pull of a brown dwarf star or
giant gas planet and it falls upon the third part of the rivers
and upon the fountains of waters making them bitter?)
Rev. 8:12, "And the fourth angel sounded, and the
third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and
the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened,
and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
" (Does a pole shift cause the Earth to
rotate faster so that it only takes 16 hours to rotate instead of 24
hours so the days and nights seem shorter altogether by 8 hours? Or is
Earth moved a little closer to the sun by the gravitional pull of a
brown dwarf star or a giant gas planet as it passes by?)
Are the 1st and 4th vials of wrath that are
poured out on the Earth in Revelation 16, the results of a pole shift,
or are they caused by something else prior to a pole shift? If a
comet hits Earth and destroys one third of the trees and all the green
grass, will this deplete our protective ozone layer in the atmosphere
around Earth causing radiation sickness? Are the noisome and
grievous sores that fall upon men which have the mark beast in
Revelation 16:2 when the 1st vial is poured out caused by
radiation? In Rev. 16:8-9 when the 4th angel pours out his vial
upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with
fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the
name of God, is the great heat caused by a depletion of the ozone layer
around the Earth's atmosphere so men's skin is burned? Or is it
caused because the Earth was moved a little closer to the sun by
the gravitational pull of a brown dwarf star or a giant gas planet as
it passes by with the result of it being much hotter?
Please also notice that there are 4 angels
standing on the 4 corners of the Earth holding back the 4 winds before
any of the disastrous events of the 7 trumpets take place and before
the 7 vials of God's wrath are poured out. Revelation 7:1-3 says,
"And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners
of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should
not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. And I saw
another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living
God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was
given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth,
neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our
God in their foreheads. And I heard the number of them which were
sealed: [and there were] sealed an hundred [and] forty [and] four
thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel." So why are
the 4 angels standing on the 4 corners of the Earth holding back the 4
winds so that they won't blow on the earth nor the sea nor the trees
and not harm the earth and the sea? There would be no need to
hold back normal winds. So are these winds that are about to blow
violent, super hurricane winds that might take place during a pole
shift? Or are they just super-strong, violent winds that will
cause major destruction?
In any event, the 144,000 are sealed in Rev.
7:3-8, and the great multitude of people are seen up in heaven in
Rev. 7:9-17 before the disastrous events of the 7 trumpets take place
and before the 7 vials of God's wrath is poured out on Earth. So if it
turns out that Rev. 6:14 is a pole shift with every mountain and island
being moved out of place because the great day of God's wrath is
come in Rev. 6:17, then it looks like all saved believers might be
in heaven before that happens. Also Romans 5:9 says,
"Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved
from wrath through him," and 1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 says, " For
God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord
Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we
should live together with him." Luke 21:34-36, " And take
heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with
surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and [so] that day
come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that
dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray
always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that
shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."
Rev. 3:10, "Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will
keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the
world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."
