Dear Doves,

The 'Jubilee Year cycle' is a recurring 49-year cycle with the '50th Year' actually being year #1 of every seventh, 7-year cycle within the 49-year cycle (ie. 7 x 7 = 49 + one = the 50th Year of Jubilee). A generation may also be '49 years' in length.

If that is true the events of the 'Six Day War' in June of 1967 when Israel retook possession of Jerusalem are forty-nine (49) years before the month of 'Nisan 2016' which occurs in a 'Jubilee Year' (ie. 1967 + 49 = 2016).

(Luke 21:28) immediately precedes the 'Parable of the Fig Tree' (Luke 21:29) so it is fair to say that the 'Parable of the Fig Tree' is directly relating to our "redemption" or our rapture which is the next 'great event' of the end-times we are living in today.

Luke 21:28
"When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

Luke 21:29-32
"Look at the Fig Tree and all the trees. When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the Kingdom of God is near. I tell you the truth, THIS GENERATION will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened."

If the 'Parable of the Fig Tree' is relating to the retaking of Jerusalem by Israel in 1967, and a 'generation' is 49-years in length; I believe that the Lord may come as the 'latter rain' 49-years later to rapture His Church in the 'first month' which is 'Nisan 2016'.
