The "latter rain" is our Lord Jesus Christ. The "first month" is the month of 'Nisan' which is month #1 of the 'Spiritual New Year'. The month of 'Nisan 2016' is the "first month" of the next 'Spiritual New Year' following the last eclipse on Sept. 28, 2015, and it also falls within the next 'Year of Jubilee'. The month of 'Nisan 2016' is a month to 'watch'.
