Revelation 6:9
"When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the alter the souls of those WHO HAD BEEN SLAIN because of the Word of God and the testimony they had maintained.....they were told to wait a little longer, UNTIL THE NUMBER OF THEIR FELLOW SERVANTS WHO WERE TO BE KILLED, AS THEY HAD BEEN WAS COMPLETED."

I believe that the reference to "fellow servants" in this Scripture are the 'left-behind Laodiceans' who are to be 'tested' while still living on the earth.

Revelation 3:10
"...I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come opon the whole world TO TEST THOSE WHO LIVE ON THE EARTH."

 The left-behind Laodiceans who 'pass the test' on earth by being "SLAIN BECAUSE OF THE WORD OF GOD AND THE TESTIMONY THEY HAD MAINTAINED" will then join the "SOULS UNDER THE ALTER" in Heaven.

The 'wise Philadelphia Christians' who have their jars full of lamp-oil will go in the rapture, but the 'foolish lukewarm Laodicean Christians' whose jars are low on lamp-oil will be 'left-behind to be tested on earth' by God after the rapture.
