I also believe that the number '42' is associated with the appearing of the Lord. We all know that the '70th Week of Daniel' is separated into two distinct and separate '42-month' halves.

I believe that the Lord will appear to rapture His Church during the '42nd' month of the '70th Week of Daniel' at the very end of the 42nd  month AFTER the localized 'great tribulation' of Israel.

I believe that the 'Day of Christ/Day of the Lord' are the very same day which separates the two '42-month' halves of the '70th Week of Daniel', and comes at the end of the '42nd' month BEFORE the wrath of God is poured out upon the whole world during the second  half.
