While we are still here, we don't know who is going to go in the rapture or who will have a change of heart regarding the rapture if they're not looking for it now.  It could be moments before the rapture when they realize and repent for not believing or wanting the rapture & thus make it in!  That would be GLORIOUS for them and for the LORD.

 

We also have no absolute certainty of WHO is going to be raptured until the moment we leave.

 

IF people who were not looking for the rapture are raptured, they may not get the crown of Righteousness will be given to those who love His Appearing (2 Timothy 4:8..who were looking for the Glorious Return of the King for His Bride.  They will be very sad and truly sorry for not have looked up.
