Dear Doves,


I have read somewhere and I do not remember where but this is a  
summation of what I've read at the time in my own words.


When it was time for Elijah to be taken away by The Lord, Elijah knew  
he had to cross the Jordan before he could leave.


Beyond the Jordan was buried there by God the body of Moses, since  
Moses never entered the physical promised land.


Have you ever wondered why God sent a 'chariot' of Fire to pick up  
Elijah?


Why a 'chariot' if not to carry also another ..... body??


Could it be that Elijah left with Moses??


I find this very intriguing!!


From this thought many mysteries can be 'explained' if you will,  
even the 'Transfiguration' on the mount.
