Doves!I am usually a very private person. I have always been a “behind the scenes” person.
I am in a situation where I need to get outside my shell and ask for your prayers.
Not for me, but my daughter, Barbi.
She has been diagnosed with MRSA. It is that Staph infection which is resistant to Cillins.
She has no insurance and lives with my ex-wife. Linda and I are better as friends than we ever married.
So we are trying to cope with this together. Linda is not saved as far as I can tell, neither is Barbi.
If you Google MRSA, you can see how scary it can be. I scratch my head at how “if this is so contagious”,
How is it that the CDC and Kansas State Health Department don’t force those with this incurable disease to be quarantined?
At least until the symptoms are under control?
She was hospitalized last Friday and released this past Monday. They gave her the strongest medicine possible in IV form.
If it did not work, then there were no other alternatives, she will die. It did start to work and got her to a point where they could release her.
No matter what they say, I can’t help but believe that they released her because she has no insurance. To top it off the medicine they
Gave her can have an adverse reaction with her Prozac and the side effect plainly stated is DEATH. It is attacking her again. She has to wait till Monday for a follow up visit.
She is in a catch 22. We are attempting to get her a medical card through the Kansas Social & Rehabilitative Services. I drop the form off tomorrow.
I ask that you pray for a God given solution to my dilemma as well as their conversion. I know that you are great at praying for God’s will.
Please pray for Barbi and Linda.
Thank you very much.
