Thank you for stepping out of your shell and asking for the help of the Doves. The Word says there is "safety in a multitude of councelors..." We rally around each other here with prayer and support.
 
I have prayed for God to completely heal Barbi and save her and Linda. May He use this healing to touch Linda's heart and cause her to turn to Jesus. Brother, I also pray for strength and wisdom for you to get thru this. God has only allowed this to come into your life for good. (Romans 8:28). Remember that "nothing is impossible for God" and that "His arm is not shortened that it cannot save." I confess the Blood of Jesus and Psalm 91 over you and your family.
 
I am sending you a post from Nov. 2007 which gives more comprehensive information than I could repeat to you now. However, specific to your daughter's case I want to address some things you can do now. (One caution: please do not be afraid when you read about how bad MRSA is. You already know from what you said you checked out. However, if what I said is even worse, take courage. You need to know your foe. "Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world." This is NOT a death sentence for your daughter! It is never too late with God. He will answer your prayers for Barbi. You have the corporate prayers of the Doves. Rebuke the spirit of fear in the Name of Jesus, if he tries to get to you.
 
Before you have a chance to get Melaleuca Oil (this is the only kind of Tea Tree Oil I have experience with) you can help Barbi with Apple Cider Vinegar. Follow some of my instructions in paragraphs two and three about bathing and washing her hair in it.
 
After she puts alcohol on after the bath, have her douse her hands in Vinegar full strength. If it were me or my child and I did not have the Melaleuca Oil, I would dilute the Vinegar and using a cotton swab, swab her nose with it.
 
Due to the fact that Barbi has already had MRSA I would also have her take Vinegar internally. Don't know if that will help but it cannot hurt. Since Vinegar is anti-viral and anti-bacterial, I believe having it in her blood stream will stop the infection from coming back.
 
Try mixing 2 Tablespoons of natural Vinegar with 1 Tablespoon of narural honey and about 8 ounces of warm water, or more if it tastes better. I would drink this at least 3-4 times a day. Honey is a natural anti-biotic also.
 
If you choose to order the products I mentioned specifically from Melaleuca.com that's fine. One thing I did not say was if I had already contracted MRSA I would add the G'DAY herbal tea as well. I do not know if it will help but the tea has been shown to detoxify the body in clinical tests. If you want it, get the variety pack. Barbi would probably find that easier to drink. Until you get the Activate (immune booster) go to Walmart and get Echinacea. This will also help Barbi's body to fight off the infection. It is best to drink the Melaleuca Tea hot and without sweetener. Use honey if Barbi can't stand it plain.
 
Steve, what I have tried to do is give you alternatives to Melaleuca products in case you don't want those or want help in the meantime. I must say this: I have been a Wellness Consultant for twenty years but I do not prescribe. I am simply telling you what I would do and also passing along the advice of the medical professionals I have access to. None of these products will interact with Prozac or any medication. Pray and ask God to lead you personally as to what to use. He will.

Hopefully this post will help us all with this pestilence: I received a call from my prayer partner at 11:30pm last night. Her uncle had passed away in the hospital earlier in the evening. The hospital called to tell them not only did he have a Staph infection (which they already knew) but it turned out to be MRSA. Following an operation at Duke University he had been transferred to a Nursing Home where he contracted the disease. Most healthy people visiting a person who has MRSA will not contract the disease, if they wash their hands with soap and water after touching the person.
 
The people from the hospital told them to take a bath immediately and wash their hair. Then to rub alcohol all over themselves. Since table Apple Cider Vinegar will kill Bubonic Plague I told them if it were me I would add the Vinegar to my bath water as well and rinse their hair with it. (When we come in from shopping it would be a good idea to rinse the hands and under finger nails with Vinegar or at least wash with soap and water.) Unless your immune system is compromised, or you have an open cut or wound, this is all most healthy people need to do.
 
Since my friend knew Melaleuca Oil kills all forms of staph infection she and her mother rubbed the oil all over their bodies after the alcohol. Since this infection can be detected in the nose it is a good idea to swab the nose with the oil as well. It will not harm you. Again if you know you have been exposed, put the oil under your finger nails also. Don't panic. Staph bacteria are generally harmless unless they enter the body via a cut or wound. If you put the oil on your face full strength, be aware that it acts like menthol so your face may be red for a few seconds. If your skin is especially sensitive, use a non-chemical lotion such as Renew first then add Melaleuca's Tea Tree Oil. This is the only brand I use so I cannot vouch for any others.
 
Other safety precautions include DO NOT use antibiotics for cold, flu, or other viral infections! They don't work against virusus and have led to MRSA becoming resistant to antibiotics. Ask to have any skin infection tested for MRSA before beginning any antibiotic theraphy. (Some of my information I have gathered from medical websites.)
 
Food Lion and other grocers have added alcohol towels near the shopping carts. Since MRSA is transmitted via contaminated surfaces clean the cart handle with them. If you plan to put your child in the seat, clean the seat as well. I always carry Clear Defense gel hand sanatizer with me to use when I leave the store and get in my car. Clear Defense has the added protection of Melaleuca Oil which kills what alcohol does not affect. If you choose a gel that is not Clear Defense (from Melaleuca.com) make sure it contains at least 62 percent alcohol.
 
If I have been to any gatherings or church where I know people have the flu or colds or viruses, I also treat myself with Activate. This is an immune booster which wards off infections. If I go to bed at night with the beginning of a sore throat and headach I take one tablet and by morning all is well. Praise God for His form of medicine which has no side effects. The last round of colds in my area was so viscious I had to take two Activate about 3pm when I first developed symptoms. I took two more at bed time then another one when I got up next morning. After that it was completely gone. This strain had already killed people from Richmond to Charlottesville, Va.
 
Doves, the things I recommend actually work. They save lives and at an affordable price. I know that is important because like many of you I don't have the money to buy high priced products. I am sorry if the things I have written sound like a commercial for my products. However, I could not sleep at night if I did not tell you I have knowledge of what I have personally tried that works. I hope you will take my advice as intended and not as a sales pitch. Last night was a wake up call for me and I was grateful my friend had products she could trust as she was in the room when her uncle died. And Apple Cider Vinegar costs pennies per dose so please do your research on this and use it.
 
Finally, Dear Ones, let us pray every day for God to protect us from all kinds of dangers as we must leave our homes. Confess Psalm 91 and cover yourselves with the Blood of Jesus.
The Blood always works! Confess that Name which is above every Name-Jesus! Pray and ask God what products you should use and He will lead you to safe products which ever ones that may be for you.
