HI EVERYONE!
PRAISE THE NAME OF OUR LORD CHRIST JESUS!
 
The word 'delayeth or tarried' has been repeated several times in the Bible, concerning the return of our Lord Jesus Christ for His Church. Therefore it means the return of the Bridegroom depends on certain happenings or situations. First i will say His return will depend on the completion of the preparations by the Bridegroom before He arrives to meet His Bride. The Bride must be prepared as well and it is not uncommon for the bride to be aware of her Bridegrooms progress with the preparations, so that she too may be ready to meet Him. That is why the Father knows the exact time from the way His Son is prepared and then the Father gives a go ahead for His Son to fetch His Bride home.AMEN!
 
In my country, during the wedding day, the bride is supposed to be collected from her home roughly between 9 a.m and 11 a.m. She is aware the Bridegroom will be coming for her on a particular day but she may not be aware on the exact hour. Therefore the bride makes herself ready at least in the morning hours. When the convoy to fetch her fails to arrive at least by 11 a.m the bride becomes worried and  it may happen that,the Bridegroom tarries even more. Surely the bride knows that the Bridegroom might have delayed because of preparations or maybe due to reasons best known to Him but since He keeps on communicating that he is coming for her, the Bride keeps on watching for the convoy supposed to pick her to her husband. Since it is far past 11 am the bride is not supposed to say "mmmhh! Now that the Bridegroom is long in coming i will remove my clean dress because it may get dirty, then i will dress up again when the bridegroom arrives." INSTEAD SHE GUARDS HER DRESS SO AS TO REMAIN AS WHITE AS SNOW AND DOES NOT SPOIL IT. Likewise, we Christians there is a time, we see all the signs and we become certain that on a certain day, month or even year the Messiah is returning and it happens He does not appear as expected. So a wise Christian will not give up but will continue with his/her daily activities while still watching. He goes to work, to school and pays his bills while watching for the return of his Lord even deep in his heart. He remains and does everything in love. On the other hand the lukewarm Christian may say lo! even the true Christians are not watching but they seem to be carrying on with their duties as usual as if nothing is about to happen soon. The lukewarm Christian is mistaken and misled and he completely stops watching and forgets about the return of his Lord. Outwardly it may appear as if both the Wise and the Foolish Christians have abandoned watching and waiting for the soon return of the Lord. They have all slumbered and are going on as usual and as everyone else BUT the wise still know in their hearts that their Master is soon returning and they are watching even though they may not be announcing it over the rooftops. The unwise are blending with the wise, and the unwise become misled and think they are ok since they look and are even friends of the wise. The wise are still watching even in their hearts.
 
The other reason why the Messiah may delay is because our God has given man a free will and choice. Our God is also flexibe and not rigid. FOR YOUR INFORMATION I DO BELIEVE GOD HAS AN APPOINTED TIME FOR EVERYTHING, AND I BELIEVE NOTHING CAN HAPPEN EARLIER OR LATER BUT JUST AS GOD HAS PLANNED. But in 2nd Chronicles 7:14,  God says that if His people who have been called by His name shall return to Him and repent, He shall surely heal them and their land. The flexibility of God is also seen in the story of Jonah and Ninevah and the people are told to repent and God changes His mind not to punish them. I AM NOT STARTING A NEW GOSPEL BUT THESE ARE MY THOUGHTS AND DISCUSSION IS WELCOMED. The end may depend on how the wickedness of man increases, just as it was in the days of Noah and the days of Sodom and G. So can we say the end will depend on the depravity of mankind? I do not know exactly. GOD IS FLEXIBLE AND IS SAYING HE WILL HEAL HIS PEOPLE AND RESTORE THEM , BUT IF THEY RETURN TO HIM. Therefore it means in the midist of wickedness if man returns to God He will heal them and possibly POSTPONE THEIR END, BUT GIVE THEM ANOTHER LIFE TENURE. And the reason why the day and hour still remains unknown and that the Lord will return at a time when we least expect Him. He might also tarry for reasons best known to Him. Halleluyah! BUT NOW MAN IS SHOWING NO SIGNS OF RETURNING TO GOD FOR HIS HEALING AND THEREFORE WE CAN BE SURE THE END IS AT HAND.
 
Therefore Children of God, lift up your heads because the Messiah will arrive on a day and hour unknown to anyone, to both the wise and the foolish BUT fortunately you are wise and you shall make it to the wedding in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH , THE SON OF THE MOST HIGH GOD THROUGH HIS POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. AMEN AND HALLELUYAH!
 
Lifting Christ Jesus higher because surely besides Him i know not one.
