"Maurice Sklar, additional comments"

We loved to hear Maurice Sklar when we went to Benny Hinn crusades.
And I love to go to his website just to hear the music playing in the
background.  He was trained in classical violin, and went into
Christian music after having a breakdown from the pressures.  I read
his book.

We met him up close on Maui when he had a healing service at a church
there.  I think he still does healing services, although I think Benny
had him convinced to stick to music for a while.  I don't know, as we
are out of that loop for many years.

I am SO sorry he lost his marriage.  That is really tough.  How can
such an awful thing be.  He was probably gone away to play too much.

As for his prophetic gifts, I am unsure.

Maurice's last prophecy given, which was duplicated on Doves, has God
saying that our present president did well.  I can't judge Mr. Bush,
but from outward appearances it seems he did not do well.  Just this
weekend, he said some things about our economy which could only have
brought dispair to the hearts of the average American.  He said that we
faced some challenging times but the government should not interfere by
bailouts--and then the gov't bailed out a big bank, Bear Stearns, which
was then sold at a tiny fraction of its worth to Morgan Stanley.  The
Cutting Edge pointed out that this is the same thing that Mayer
Rothschild did to get rich, betting on the British "consul" (a monetary
unit) to fall to where he could buy it up at 5%.  Bear Stearns sold for
only 2% to Morgan Stanley, according to reports I have read at several
internet sites.

Lou Dobbs said tonight on his TV program that it is shocking that the
gov't would bail out a big bank and refuse to help with the mortgage
disasters of the common man.

This is, of course, not all Mr. Bush's fault, but he is the spokeman
for the administration which did not step in nine months ago when
everyone saw that regulation was needed.

So, it is possible that God has indeed used Mr. Bush and that he is a
saved Christian; perhaps God needed to use him to bring judgment.
That's a hard role to play.

So who knows, maybe Maurice is right.

All I know is that Maurice is a very dear man.  Pray for him, everyone.

And listen to his music on his website.
