Note: This letter must go directly to the President of the United States.
Dear President George W. Bush,
This letter is not a threat. I would like for you to read it with your wife, the first lady, Mrs. Bush. My name is Karissa Noelle Burtch. I am only 13 and that is a true fact. If you don’t believe me check my birth records! I want you to pay very close attention to this letter. You may not get very many letters talking about this particular subject from a 13-year-old, but I am about to say something that will draw your attention right to my subject.
I have noticed a certain pattern that has to do with you and your decision making with Israel. Every time you or Condoleezza Rice go over to Israel and meet with the Prime Minister, something disastrous happens in America. Here are a few incidents that have come up when you or Condoleeza have gone over there to Israel or someone from there has come over here:
Rice in Israel (2007) …1
January
Rice visits Tel Aviv/Jerusalem, 1/13-15; Ramallah, 1/14; Egypt 1/15; Saudi Arabia 1/15-16; Kuwait 1/16-17; Germany 1/17-18, and Great Britain 1/18-19.
There were major FEMA disasters due to severe winter storms in Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas from 1/13-19.
During Rice's stops in Germany and Britain, those countries experienced record hurricane-force winds. Disrupted barge travel throughout northern Europe and left tremendous property damage.
March
Rice visits Tel Aviv/Jerusalem, 3/25-27; Ramallah, 3/25.
President Bush declares major FEMA disasters for severe storms and tornados in New Mexico from Mar. 23-24.
May
Rice visits Egypt from May 1-4.
President Bush declares major FEMA disasters for severe storms, tornadoes and flooding for Kansas, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Missouri and Nebraska from May 4-19.
August
Rice Visits Tel Aviv/Jerusalem, 8/1-2; Ramallah, 8/2/07.
On Wednesday, the day the United States' Muslim Congressman announced he was making a trip to Israel, a major bridge tragically collapsed in his (Minnesota) congressional district… The area it fell in is called the "west bank" because of a concentration of Muslims. Rice was in Jerusalem meeting with Ehud Olmert, Tzipi Livni, Shimon Peres and Ehud Barak.
The bridge collapse gained national and international attention.
October
Rice visits Tel Aviv/Jerusalem, 10/14-18; Ramallah, 10/15-17. Rice leaves Jerusalem on 10/18.
The Dalai Lama visits President Bush on 10/16. President Bush and Congress presents Dalai Lama with the Congressional Gold Medal on 10/17.
Santa Ana winds begin on 10/19 in Southern California; they become hurricane-force winds on 10/20 through 10/22.
The Southern California wildfires burned 518,066 acres, destroyed 3,097 structures, and damaged 509 structures.
President Bush declared a major FEMA disaster from Southern California's fires on 10/21 and toured the area on Thursday, 10/25.
November
Condoleezza Rice was on her way to Israel. A sixth major non-FEMA weather event, and record oil-prices and the euro hit a new high against the dollar.
Rice leaves for Turkey and Israel, 11/1-2/. She arrives in Tel Aviv/Jerusalem, 11/3; Jerusalem, 11/4-5, Ramallah, 11/5. Leaves Jerusalem on 11/5.

Sever winter storms in Ohio on 2/3.
Sever storms and tornados in Texas and Okalahoma on 2/3.
If you have noticed (and read all of this letter), these are all happenings in the past year when you or Condoleezza rice went over to Iran, Iraq, or Israel. Do you know why I put these events in this letter? Every time you go over there, something bad happens over here and kills at least one person. Do you know who is as furious as fire every time you go over there? It’s GOD. God makes the weather change just like that, and if you haven’t noticed, He’s giving you signals to stop what you’re doing and listen real hard to what He and America has to say to YOU.
I am a strong American and 13-year-old and . I will not let my age or religion get in my way of writing this letter. I have great knowledge of what is happening to our country and if you don’t stop going over to Israel and trying to get them to give away their land to the Palestinians, this will turn into a third world war. I’m not so dumb that I don’t know that almost every country in the Arab world hates America right now. They see what we have on TV and right then assume that’s what we do daily.
I don’t feel you are a good leader of our country. I’m not saying you’re a bad president, you just don’t make the best decisions; and isn’t that what a president should do, make the right decisions?
My last question before I send this to you is: I’m a Christian… Are you?
Sincerely,
Karissa Noelle Burtch
