I saw this article about "l'il shells" and a place in Colorado to send donations. If this is truly legit, which it certainly could be, I applaud it, but why not send to the address there in Cebu where donations can be sent directly? You should know that most US citizens are wary of any charity blitz where you just send in $$ to some US address - and we should trust this - why? Why not send mail and support directly to Raul & Maria?
