"Peggy's note"

Peggy - your posts regarding Carol and your mom reminded me of a situation that happened to a sister of mine. She had (what she thought was her best friend) an older woman friend that she confided everything to. When her and her husband (my brother-in-law) were having marital problems, her "best friend" was a shoulder for her to lean on and she confided everything to her. She only found out after her marriage was falling apart that this "best friend" of hers was actually after her husband. Everything that she was confiding to her "best friend," the woman was turning around and telling her husband. The worst part of all - it was such a shock to my sister to find out that this "friend" of hers that she trusted was a wolf in sheep's clothing, going behind her back and back-stabbing her. My recommendation to people - always pray about your "friends", relatives and anyone who is in your life that you are deeply trusting of and ask God for DISCERNMENT.  Beware of whom you put your trust in. God often works by giving people dreams to reveal things to them that they can not see for themselves.
