"Questions"

Hi:

> > you seemed to be having some health problems and I believe also your husband.

Thanks for your concern. At my 79 and Ed's 83 years (plus a stroke during his 5-bypass heart surgery in 1998, and several TIAs since), we are lucky to be as well as we are. Ed can barely walk though. Having Parkinson's to boot doesn't help.

It's strange, but we both got cataracts in both eyes, and we both got Diabetes. Why both of us? There was no Diabetes anywhere in his family. I think it was because we were being poisoned by the aspertame in the Diet Cokes we were drinking like they were going out of style. After I was off aspertame for a year, most of the feeling came back in my feet. I still have some in my right leg and ankle caused by a virtually non-existant disk in my back. The Doctor agreed that if the numbness had been from Diabetes, the feeling would not have come back. In that case, the nerve endings die.

Ed had cataract surgery, but his corneas are no good, so it didn't help. I keep hoping for the Rapture before I have to have that surgery.

Here is some food for thought after you get rested.

> > The 40 years is measured according to the law of stripes.  You may receive 40, but not 41.

The custom was to give 39 in case they miscounted. De. 25:3 says, "Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed."

> > look at Acts 7, noting verses 23, 30 and 36. (KJV) This is a prophetically significant chapter.  It tells us how to reckon the 40.

It was 5 days short of 40 years. Acts 7:36 says, "He brought them out (on Nisan 15), after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years." Joshua 4:19 says, "the people came up out of Jordan on the tenth day of the first month" (Nisan 10).

> > You can see this by the actual wandering in the wilderness.  They departed on a Passover day, the 15th of Abib,  the day after the midnight Passover (Exodus 12:51 & 13:4).  These verses say they came out of Egypt (out of bondage) on the 15th of Abib.  This is the start point.  They wandered 40 years.  Joshua led them across the Jordan River and into the promised land on the 10th day of the first month (Abib) (Joshua 4:19).  They were either 5 days short of 40 years or 5 days short of 41....they crossed over into the promised land 5 days short of the 41st anniversary (stripe).  It was between the 40th birthday of departure and the 41st....real close to the 41st.

They were 5 days short of 40 years. Joshua 5:6 says, "the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness".

> > it is a real good clue to the rapture date.  It will be very close to the 41st birthday of the sign of the Fig Tree.  I would bet all I have on it.

Since you think the Rapture will be in May, 2008, you will be happy if it happens on Nisan 21 (April 26, 2008), the anniversary of the day the Israelites were given Jericho. I think they circled Jericho 7 times that day to represent Heaven, Saturn with its 7 rings.

Zech. 3:9 (LXX) says, "behold, I bring forth my servant The Branch. For as for the stone (i.e., planet) which I have set before the face of Jesus, on the one stone are seven eyes" (orbs, circles, rings). That is Saturn. In II Cor. 12:2, Paul was caught up to the third heaven, i.e., Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Josephus, a Pharisee priest, showed that the lamps in the lampstand in the Temple represented (1) Sun, (2) Mercury, (3) Venus, (4) Earth, (5) Mars, (6) Jupiter, and (7) Saturn (Ant. III. VI. 7).

> > The tribulation period:  Without a doubt it is a 10 year period (Rev 2:10) plus the difference between the spring and fall feasts (about 10.5 years).

Dan. 9:27 says of the False Prophet, "he shall confirm the covenant with many for ONE WEEK (i.e., 7 year Tribulation): and in the MIDST(dead center, i.e., end of first 3.5 years) OF THE WEEK (7 years) he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease (i.e., when he sits in the Temple Mid-Trib 'shewing himself that he is God,' II Thess. 2:4), and for the overspreading of abominations (idols) he shall make it (the Temple) desolate, even until the consummation (end of the 7 years), and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."

Dan. 7:25 says, "And he (the False Prophet) shall speak great words against the most High (YHWH of hosts, the Redeemer, Christ, Isa. 44:6), and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time (1 year) and times (2 years) and the dividing of time (half a year, i.e., 3.5 years total, the last half of the 7-year Tribulation).

Dan 8:13,14 says, "How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice (first 1260 days), and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?" (during the last 1040 days of the shortened Tribulation). And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed." (1260 + 1040 = 2300)

> > He kills the two witnesses and the tribulation saints are resurrected with them and ascend in a cloud (Rev 11:12).

So that no believer gets hit with the wrath of God, the Raptureof the Tribulation saints is at the END of the shortened Tribulation, when the Day of God's Wrath has come in Rev. 6:17. The Tribulation saints are all (including the 144,000 Israelites) in Heaven in Rev. 7:14, then the 7 trumpets are given to the 7 angels in Rev. 8.

> > The tribulation saints will receive their outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost and 7 years later will be resurrected on Pentecost

Rev. 6 ends with the day of God's wrath. That is on Trumpets (Joel 1:15:2:1-3). In Rev. 7, the Tribulation saints are raised up on the day of God's wrath so no believer is left on Earth. Then the 7 trumpet judgments are poured out one right after the other on unbelievers on the Day of God's Wrath. That day is also the Day of the LORD.

Rev. 11:15-18 describes that day. First, Christ is crowned in Heaven, then he sits as judge at the Judgment Seat of Christ. Rewards are handed out to believers in Heaven at the same time the asteroids of Rev. 8:8-11 impact Earth. That is the judgment on unbelievers. All the cities of this world will be in shambles. Eze. 38:20 shows that every wall will fall in the worldwide earthquake. There will be so few men left that a child could write the number.

Rev. 16:17-21 says, "the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great."

> > the 4.  It was put into motion on this day that Passover preparation day, the day Jesus would be crucified would be a Wednesday, day 4, the cardinal midweek dividing point of the 7 day week.

Passover was on Friday in 30 AD, 40 years before the Temple was burned in 70 AD. Unleavened Bread was on Saturday in 30 AD. Firstfruits was on Sunday. Jesus was Crucified on the preparation of the Passover, i.e., Thursday.

"The Sanhedrin sat in the Liscat Haggazith, a hall of polished stone which dated from the time of King Jannaeus. The ordinary days for holding court were Mondays and THURSDAYS and the court never sat on the Sabbath or on a feast day. The law was strict in holding that there be no trials during Passover, during the night or on the eve of the Sabbath."(http://www.shroud.com/bucklin2.htm).

The 3 days and 3 nights in the heart of the earth were Thursday (day), Friday (night then day), Saturday (night then day), and Sunday (night).

God bless.
