Certainly, in light of what is going on in Jerusalem and as a matter of fact going back to the Gaza disengagement in August of 2005, taking that verse as written is NOT A DESCRIPTION I would give to present day Israel! Today, Israel is still in the process of building a massive security fence and daily dodging missiles from the Hamas terrorists group in Gaza.

THE REAL STORY

Who are the “ALL OF THEM dwelling without walls” in Ezekiel 38:11?

They are remnant that have been gathered by angels as “fury was being poured out”, Psalm 91:1-16 and Ezekiel 20:33-37, during or just after the fulfillment of Jeremiah 50-51, Isaiah 13 and 47 and the ‘destruction of the United States’ and the almost simultaneous fulfillment of Psalm 83 and Isaiah 17 on the ‘day of vengeance’ as He recompenses the ‘sending’ nation and the ‘recipient’ nation of the ‘Roadmap to Peace’ for dividing His land!

However Vladmir Putin and his hordes, that include Iran are going to get their due A FEW DAYS LATER, at the ‘sixth seal’. In Ezekiel 38:19-22 we see the same terminology that is in Revelation 6:12-17. I personally believe the sixth seal/Gog-Magog event is the ‘Day of the Lord’ because G-d sanctifies His name to the nations on that day.

I believe one of the reasons the G-d of Israel is so angry is because His angels have just rescued and brought His prized remnant believers into the wilderness of Israel from the four corners of the world! This will be the day that His name is ‘sanctified’ to the nations. Ezekiel 24:24-27, Ezekiel 28:24-26

As we run with the ‘true vision’ we are given a plan as to the how, when’s and whys of “escaping all these things” and to be standing in the wilderness in a place of refuge waiting, then watching the ‘glorious’ return of Yeshua.

It will be on this day of the ‘seventh trumpet’, with the Lord on the head of them that Yeshua will come to the gate and rescue his sheep who are in the sheepfold, Micah 2:12-13 and will take us to mid-heaven for ten days, while the Father pours ‘seven’ vials of wrath out on a unrepentant world, Revelation 16:1-21.

NO COINCIDENCE HERE

Ezekiel 38:8-9 "After many days you shall be visited: in the latter years you shall come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them. You shall ascend and COME LIKE A STORM, you shall be like a cloud to cover the land, you, and all thy bands, and many people with thee."

The phrase "You shall ascend and come like a storm" came to life back on April 14, 2006 in a speech by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. "Like it or not, the Zionist regime is heading toward annihilation," Ahmadinejad said. "The Zionist regime is a rotten, dried tree that will be eliminated BY ONE STORM," he said.

Many would take this as a coincidence but it's quite remarkable that a leader of a country, Persia that is prophesied to take part in this future attack would make this analogy in these last days.

However by analyzing the date, 4-14-2006, we find out this was the Hebraic ‘Festival of Unleavened Bread’ a Holy day. The Iranian President’s statement was an absolute mockery to the G-d of Israel and one of His ‘appointed times’!
